This has been one of the most frustrating events of our lives!
Our main floor and basement were soaked in the grossest, nastiest water ever (category three) that came from a backed up septic tank. I thought our home and everything in it would be forever ruined. All of our clothes and belongings were sent to you.

After having insurance confirm the payment to them, their turnaround for our items was one week which is incredibly fast for the amount of items we had to give them.
